รายละเอียดตามนี้ วันอาทิตย์ที่ 25 ตุลาคม 2552 ณ สนามแช่งรถยนต์พีระอินเตอร์เนชั่นแนลเซอร์กิต พัทยา:
- 06:30 ล้อหมุนจาก WAC Soi 26
- 08:00 นัดพบหน้า paddock สนามแช่งรถยนต์พีระอินเตอร์เนชั่นแนลเซอร์กิต
- 09:00 ซ้อมวิ่ง 10 นาที
- 09:50 ประชุมนักแข่ง (นักแข่งทุกคนต้องเข้าร่วมการประชุม)
- 13:25 เริ่มการแข่งขันกลุ่ม EuroClubRace (6 laps)
- 17:30 ประกาศผล / รับถ้วยรางวัล
อุปกรณ์จำเป็นสำหรับนักแข่ง:
- หมวกกันน๊อค
- ถุงมือขับรถ
- รองเท้าหุ้มส้น
- ขุดแข่ง หรือ สวมเสื้อแขนยาว-กางเกงขายาว
- ค่าสมัครใบอนุญาตขับรถแข่งชั่วคราว 100.-
- ค่าสมัคร กลุ่มละ 15,000.- (ไม่เกิน 26 คัน) ค่าสมัครต่อคนจะอยู่ประมาณ 1,500.-
